Shipping logistics Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.
Shipping time You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.
Climate neutral shipping Our shipping is climate neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions of our shipping. The loudspeakers are securely attached to the stand with screws so that they cannot be dislodged. The heavy construction also absorbs vibrations. The AC 7001 SP is the successor to the AC 2002 SP and the AC 4002 SP.
