Shipping costs Each article has its own individual shipping costs. The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are divided into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2: These zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which the contracted transport companies charge for their services. Shipping logistics Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.
Shipping time You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.
Climate neutral shipping Our shipping is climate neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions of our shipping. At climatepartner.com you can find the certificate of our climate neutrality with information on how much CO2 we have offset and which climate protection project we support for this.
For all purchases and service orders placed on our website, by fax, email, or telephone, we offer the statutory return period (14 days).
For all items except for Teufel gift cards, we offer an additional contractual return period which enters into force the day after the statutory return period expires, for a total of eight weeks after receipt of the product. Your statutory return period is not effected by this.

Two dipole speakers for expanding your Theater 500 Surround Set into a 7.1 set. Dipole speakers send sound forwards as well as backwards in a phase-shifted form. This type of sound dispersion ensures atmospheric levels of room reflections, an effect very similar to that achieved in cinemas by multiple speakers. Only Teufel offers such elaborate but effective speaker technology in this price class. For gaming, the dipoles can be transformed into direct sound transducers for the precise localisation of opponents. Integrated keyhole brackets make it easy to mount the speakers to the wall.
Dipoles rear speakers simulate the sound image of a movie theater, where the surround channels are each produced by multiple speakers. The non-directional sound radiation of the dipoles to the front and rear gives the sound an indisputably authentic feeling. Two woofers and tweeters ensure tight sound across the entire frequency spectrum down to the subwoofer.
The T 500 Ds are equipped with double drivers - one tweeter and one bass-midrange driver per side are phase-shifted.
