Shipping costs
Each article has its own individual shipping costs. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way we can offer you a fair shipping price appropriate to your product.
The shipping costs distinguish between deliveries within and outside Germany. The destination is always decisive, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount on this page. The amount of the shipping costs may change if additional components are added.
Accessories and articles from the fan shop are usually free of shipping costs, but for some stands a one-time flat-rate shipping fee may apply - it is independent of the number of stands ordered. The amount of the flat rate depends on the destination - within Germany: from € 9.99; Zone 1: from € 19.99; Zone 2: from € 29.99. If such stands are ordered at the same time as a loudspeaker (set) or a complete system, the delivery of these stands is free of charge.

Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time
You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

Climate neutral shipping with Teufel

Super Box

The box itself is super suitable for outdoors or large rooms - I personally miss a real on/off switch. For the battery status display, I would recommend installing it under the lid, which would make it easier to read, and I would have illuminated all the knobs. The cable for the power supply can unfortunately not be stowed in the box and the eyelets and carabiner for the carrying strap could have been designed more elegantly. But apart from the points listed above, the box is great in terms of bass and sound. The performance of the battery is also great. I had tested the box at -1 degrees in the garden after 4 hours the icy box was still playing....
